Born and raised in Vancouver BC, Rachel Sanchez has more than 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. In her professional experience, Rachel has had the opportunity to work with an extensive range of clientele - from NHL athletes to retired or injured professional athletes looking to maintain overall health and fitness, to clients who have never stepped into a gym.

Rachel has demonstrated expertise working with older adults and has developed a fall prevention awareness program specifically designed to provide improved coordination, balance and confidence. Rachel specializes in training with clients post operatively from knee and hip replacements.

Rachel is also a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, having received certification from the prestigious Stretch to Win institute in Tempe, Arizona and is one of only a handful of therapists providing this service in the Lower Mainland, which is specifically designed to significantly improve posture, reduce the risk of injury and improve athletic performance.
